WINNER:  Best Animated Short at The Unspooled Film and Animation Festival at The University of Wisconsin - Stout.

On May 10, 2025 at 9:30pm The Loving Couple is honoured to be opening for the comedy feature Micro Budget at The Metro Cinema in Edmonton as part of The Northwest Film Festival. Micro Budget stars SNL alums Bobby Moynihan and Chris Parnell. It will be a fun show! 

The International Animation Festival Golden Kuker in Sofia, Bulgaria will present The Loving Couple on May 7, 2025.

On May 2, 2025, The Loving Couple will be shown at The Vancouver Island Short Film Festival in Nanaimo, British Columbia.  Mhairi Kerr will speak virtually about the production of the short.

The Loving Couple will be represented by Mhairi Kerr at The Rochester International Film Festival on May 2, 2025 in Rochester, New York.

On Thursday April 10, 2025, The Loving Couple will be part of the LAAFIs at TAAFI, The Toronto Animated Arts Festival International at the Hot Docs Theatre in hometown Toronto!

Back to LA!  The Los Angeles Comedy Festival will be screening The Loving Couple on March 29, 2025.

The Longwood Animation Film Festival in Longwood, Virginia will be screening The Loving Couple on March 28, 2025.

The Pigeon Laughs Short Film Comedy Festival will be screening The Loving Couple on March 28, 2025 in Cardiff, Wales.

The Loving Couple will be screened as part of The Happy Valley Animation Festival at Penn State on March 27, 2025.

On February 26, 2025, The Loving Couple will be shown at Biennal Internatcional Dona i Cinema in Valencia, Spain.

WINNER:  2024 Best Screenplay in an Animated Short Film at The All That Moves International Film Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

From February 6 to 8, 2025, The Loving Couple is a finalist in the Animation category at the Florence Short Film Festival!

The Loving Couple will be shown at The Stafford Film Festival in Stafford, England on January 31, 2025.

The Loving Couple will be having its Dutch premiere at The Golden Smile Film Festival in Bergen, January 30 to February 2, 2025!

On January 16, 2025, The Loving Couple will have its UK premiere at the Festival of Short Film in Salford, England.

The Loving Couple's Italian premiere will be at The Out of Bounds Festival in Molfetta, Puglia on December 20, 2024!

WINNER:  2024 International Professional Short Audience Award at Festival ICONA in Greece.

WINNER:  2024 Best Film - Animation at the Not A Festival Film Festival in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The North American/Canadian Premiere will be at The Fable Forest Film Festival (F4), part of the Kitchener Comic Con, November 2, 2024!  Looking forward to it!
